Anti-Drug Prevention Program
Every year schools celebrate what’s called Red Ribbon Week 2012. Fabian speaks on drug and alcohol prevention and eleborates on the different kind of drugs that teens are using and the consequences behind each drug. After hearing Fabian speak, students will walk away from the school assembly and think twice about experimenting with drugs, even common drugs like alcohol which can be very addicting.
Anti-Bullying Program
Fabian was picked on in middle school so he is passionate about helping eliminate school bullying on campuses nationwide. His speech uses humor and a skit which he recreates being picked on in school. Fabian explains in detail how students are literally killing themselves after being bullied over and over, which is why we now have the term, Bullycide.
School Dropout Prevention Program
Masters Degree
Fabian is a huge advocate of education. Having a Masters degree has given Fabian a platform to speak on the subject, especially to at-risk youth who are close to dropping out of school. Fabian’s speech has made students think twice about dropping out and not only that but students have been known to get higher grades and set attainable goals after hearing his story. Fabian will always tell students that when they graduate, their family graduates with them.
Youth Leadership
Fabian is truly a leader and loves the topic of leadership. Fabian has spoken at various leadership conferences for teens and knows how to speak to students who are the “cream of the crop”. If you represent these students Fabian will bring a fresh flavor to your leadership conference or event. Fabian welcomes requests from Career and Technical Student Organizations (CTSO). These include: BPA, DECA , FBLA , FEA, FCCLA , FFA , HOSA , FEA, PAS, SGA, HOBY, FCA, SkillsUSA and TSA to name a few.
Watch Fabian connect with a tough group of high school teenagers
Fabian can tailor the topics to fit your audience. He speaks to elementary, middle and high school assemblies, youth conferences, junior college and university students. He also speaks to adult groups and leads seminars and can facilitate workshops as well.

As I speak to Hispanic youth across America, I realize that we all share culture and so I try to capitalize on that during my presentations. Even if your audience is not Latino, I pull them in by talking about how I was raised because students can relate to my story and they see that I’m a normal person. By the end of my talks, youth realize how important education is and how making positive decisions can drastically change their lives.
I look forward to partnering with your middle school, high school or youth leadership conference.
